Since i saw speculations for a Netherlands world with Growing Together i can't wait to see it so this would be a great opportunity to bring it. Maybe they should go with the rural part (there's the canals you've listed) with the large flower fields to differ from Nordhaven.
This region is also how i imaginethe garden woman where Gerda stays in the Snow Queen story.
