No help fixing issues, Blast From The Past event not working (week 3) on PS5.

I have no quests for week 3, it is again the same issue that happened with Reapers Rewards and every other event. Now, since the update my Sim (which was created for this event specifically) has no hair and is ONLY wearing base game  clothing. I dressed her in clothing from the Goth Galore CAS kit. Since the latest update my game grey screens into the main menu screen, then shows my bald (supposed to have base game hair) sim in base game clothing and then glitches with a grey stripe across the top of the screen (this is the ONLY game installed as well as the ONLY game played on my PlayStation 5) as it loads into the game. It is definitely not my tv and doesn’t happen in the main screen on PlayStation 5 until I load The Sims 4.

These issues are absolutely rediculous when console players pay as much as we do for these packs and kits. Also how are console players not getting answers or having to wait days before they get answers from EA and The Sims team themselves.

I have spent well over $1000+ on this game just to be disappointed by the same issues over and over again.

Console players miss out on event rewards because nothing is ever done to make up for the problems caused by a lack of care towards the issues players go through. This issue NEEDS to be addressed and ALL the PLAYERS who have at least started events should be compensated with the items they were unable to claim as well as ALL the items they were unable to claim due to the inability to do quests because they were not showing up.

EA bought a game that was malfunctioning from the beginning. Fix the events, fix the game or people will lose interest. YouTube PC Simmers are NOT the only people who play The Sims 4, they are NOT the only people who matter (just because they are on YouTube does not make them special), especially since they seem to be the only ones NOT having these issues.

Fix the game, EA is liable for the issues and the fact that SO MANY people have paid astronomical prices for game add-ons that cost as much as a brand new game. Which in itself is rediculous and ignorant. I outright REFUSE to purchase any new packs or kits for The Sims 4.

Console players are still being disregarded by EA and The Sims team who are supposed to be dealing with these issues and helping players to get their game to work correctly. Is this because The Sims 4 has NEVER worked correctly? Or is it just a lack of empathy for those who have paid WAY MORE than PC players have, yet we get NO HELP, NO COMMUNICATION, and NO compensation for those of use who actually play the game. In the past when The Sims was ONLY on PC they would give the rewards to those who were unable to play the events due to issues caused before the event was even released. Now, those who actually try to play the events get nothing except stressed out and feeling unheard. 

There is no difference between the old forums that were being used and EA forums. Most Console players get no response and no help to fix the problems that came with a game EA chose to purchase but not fix before releasing to the public.

I cannot play the Quests for the Blast From The Past event  (just like MANY others). Since the last update my Sims are ALL bald even when they have base game hair, they were wearing Goth Galore clothes (now are wearing base game clothing that I didn’t put on them), no responses from anyone who works for EA or The Sims team on how to resolve these issues or when they will be resolved or how they will compensate those who have done everything they can to play the game and work on event quests (since the quests ARE NOT showing up).

Most would assume that a company who makes millions of dollars would be willing to fix issues ASAP, in order for players to be able to play and still purchase packs and kits. The lack of responses is an ignorance I have NEVER seen from any other console gaming company. Other companies work diligently and swiftly to remedy the issues in their games (to the point where a simple direct notification through the game itself sends the company information about exactly what the error is,The Sims has NOTHING like this). 

EA HELP THE SIMS CONSOLE COMMUNITY, FIX THE GAME BEFORE RELEASING ANY MORE PACKS, KITS OR EVENTS. MAKE THE GAME RUN SMOOTHLY AND MAKE SURE ALL PACKS and KITS WORK PROPERLY AND SMOOTHLY WITH ALL OTHER PACKS NOT JUST SPECIFIC PACKS.

I posted pictures in my last post of the original issue I am dealing with caused by the latest update and the Blast From The Past event.

PLEASE JUST FIX THE GAME SO PEOPLE ACTUALLY WANT TO CONTINUE SPENDING MONEY TO GET OTHER PACKS AND KITS INSTEAD OF WANTING TO BOYCOTT OR REPORT (to the Better Business Bureau ) EA FOR THEIR LACK OF CARING TOWARDS THEIR PLAYERS. 

EA the INVESTORS who give you money to create the game are NOT the ones playing the game. They are NOT the ones being ripped off by you (EA) for packs and kits that malfunction or cause conflicts with each other. CATER TO THE PLAYERS NOT THE INVESTORS, PAY ATTENTION TO THE PLAYERS NOT THE INVESTORS. THE SIMS WILL MAKE MONEY EVEN IF YOU NOTIFY PLAYERS THAT YOU ARE FIXING THE GAME AND WILL NOT BE CREATING MORE PACKS AND KITS UNTIL ALL OTHER PACKS AND KITS WORK CORRECTLY AS WELL AS FIXING THE ISSUES THAT ORIGINALLY STARTED WITH THE BASE GAME WHEN IT FIRST RELEASED.
