Permanent Vampire Bite Body Scar?

Now that body scars are a category in CAS (as of the release of the Werewolves game pack a while back), why not add a permanent version of the temporary vampire bite mark (from Vampires) that the player can place directly onto the necks (or maybe even other places, like wrists) of their sims, should they want to?

I know that are CC/mod versions of this already, but it just seems like such a simple and easy little thing to add, now that it's something the game can actually allow on its own.

It'd be a nice little touch, and give players more options for designing their sims and their stories.
