patchy157 with the birth feature, it would really depend on the content because the game is limited by the age rating. Mods themselves aren't possible because of the console manufacturers, there are also legal restrictions in some countries where modding consoles is concerned.
The creator kits are a way of letting us console players into that world so we can finally use items made by CC creators so it's a step forward in many ways. But there are times I see that a modder has put together a fix for a problem and I wish that we could get that fix or option on console I must admit!
