Please let me deactivate worlds only - not packs

Why don't you try to just deactivate the worlds with the most stuff you don't like. Since you mostly like the base game worlds for some reason. Then you'll have the stuff you like and nobody will force you to play in the more beautiful worlds just because they're there.
