Relationships as Aro Sims

Hello! This isn't a big discussion, but one I figured I'd start as I found myself kind of disappointed while playing the Sims earlier. 

I'm not sure if it is some glitch, or if it's a thing that sims with nobody marked in the romance section in CAS can't become woohoo partners with sims in game. I made a sim, who I intended to have no romantic interest in others, but is still into woohoo. However, I couldn't even get any no strings/woohoo partner interactions until I gave them romance attractions. I think it would be more immersive if these sims can still have woohoo relationships without me needing to take away the aromanticism.

Has anybody else dealt with this, or is this a just me thing? Lol
