BULLDOZE LOT
Can we get a feature to bulldoze all lots and terrain and delete all NPCs when creating a new save, or at least a faster way to do this.

This would be good. Ideally it would have one option for NPCs and one option for buildings, in case we want to do one but not the other.
In particular with the savegame corruption, it's highly recommended to bulldoze all the unused lots.
So start a new game with nothing would be more stable.
