Rename upcoming pack & create standalone Hobbies Pack

I was pretty excited for the new upcoming pack because of promised focus on hobbies based on the pack's name. I never set expectations high, but I won't lie I expected hobbies from Hobby focused pack...

I agree. There are basically no new hobbies added - it’s all businesses. Plus the fact that the world is only two neighborhoods… it’s extremely disappointing and underwhelming as an EP. 

This could have been a refresh or an Open for Business Game Pack.
