Tattoo tags and add more

Please go through the tattoos and fix the tags on the tattoos in CAS! What's the point in having lower arm tattoos if they're all in with the upper arm tattoos and therefore unable to be used?

More tattoos options would be nice for those of us who don't have the Businesses and Hobbies pack. Perhaps either some bases games tattoos or a tattoos kit. I'm not a creator but I can give you lots of ideas for tattoos including a new placement for the base game. Side or Rib tattoos would be nice tattoos to include without needing to buy a pack.

    In my head they should just free the gallery tattoos download, at least black tattoos. It seems a little too much keeping a whole gallery section for a pack and it would be a lot more easier for them because the community would be able to maintain itself with its creations.
