Separate Mode To Build Lots And All Cheats Available

I absolutely love being able to build the home of your Sim's dreams in the game, but I hate that you have to go through CAS to get to the main worlds. It's great for when yo uwant to play the game or you have a saved household already, but I'd enjoy a mode where you can just go in and build without needing to create a household first.

I'd also like if every cheat was available to use (like playing as pets or making a sim pregnant from cheats). I'd also love to see a cheat list that you can pop up. I always forget what cheats I can use or what a cheat name is, and it takes me a long time to look it up online and find the correct cheat I need. It'd be more convenient if there were already cheats listed in one place within the game.
