For Rent Improvements

Dunno how much of these are just 'broken' components of the pack, or just missteps on EA's part, but here goes:

Build Mode

1. Outline visibility could be less distracting. If I'm in unit 1, any other unit should have mandatory walls down view and only have the outline of the entire unit visible -- not by room. It's very hard sometime to see the blueprint since there are so many dotted lines that appear on screen. Hiding a unit should hide the entirety of the unit, not just the furnishings.
2. There should be an option to have furnished or unfurnished rentals, and their scoring and pricing should be adjusted accordingly. The only mandatory items in a unit should be # counters, stove, fridge, # sinks, toilet, one ceiling or wall light per room, and a shower.
3. The sim renting a unit should not have the ability to change the walls, windows, or kitchen/bathroom furniture placement.
4. There should be an option to 'apply all' unit/lot traits to all units on a lot.
5. Option to duplicate AND mirror to make identical units.

Live Mode

1. If visiting a unit as landlord or using the "travel to unit", the sim should NOT be able to treat the house as if it's their home. They should not be able to cook a meal, take a shower, sleep in the bed, etc, and should only be able to interact with the tenants, appliances, and electronics. "Visiting a unit" gives the same functionality as visiting any other lot of Sims your owner knows -- and that's weird.
2. If visiting a unit as a landlord, ALL units should be visit-able at once rather than having to 'travel' between units. Anything on the lot should be accessible at the same time.
3. If a maintenance request pops up in the notifications area a) there should be a time limit for response time, b) the option to visit the lot should be part of the notification, and c) the option to send a maintenance person should be be part of the notification as well. Tenant issues should pop up the same way exploration options (like the desert cave, sulani waterfall, tomarang's tiger sanctuary, work opportunities) pop up on screen. Owner Sim arriving to take care of the issue and immediately getting penalized (nothing was done...unit rating dropped) is crazy.
   1. Tenant issues should pop up as an event notification in the top left of the screen instead of/in addition to the notification wall.
4. Tenant issues should be able to be fixed by phone or computer if hiring maintenance personnel.
5. Owned lots should be visible/manageable via phone or computer too.
6. Owned businesses panel should highlight a unit with a red box if there's a maintenance event happening that needs attention.
