Shorter wall height option

Feature request for an extra-short Wall Height option. For example, something that's just high enough for the shortest door, or for a sim to walk in. I know we can use half-walls, but it doesn't end up as an enclosed playable room. I'm particularly interested in this for building more realistic attics/dormers/mansard roofs without having them be quite so steep/tall.
