I created a new area to share pack ideas and more, because other discussions I found for sharing ideas were 3 years or older

I would love to see sims able to dive in the pool and swim underwater. Not rabbit hole diving like in Sulani - but jumping off a diving board and also being able to search for rings/coins/weights on the bottom of the pool. I wanna be able to see them doing this. Doesn't everyone play that game in real life? It's all about who can collect the most objects. While we're at it - shouldn't sun exposure be a little more realistic? Human sims only get a tan or burned if lying on a blanket or lounger in the sun. However, vampires obviously feel the effects of the sun anytime that it is out (not cloudy or rainy or nighttime). Shouldn't humans get tanned or sun burned from being out in the sun, depending on how long they are outside? Perhaps the effect would be slower than sunbathing, but not by much. Anyone who spends all day gardening or hiking in real life can tell you all about sunburn. But sims can do these things, untouched. Maybe even introduce sunscreen into the game as a usable object? it could function something like potions do - but instead of drinking it - your sim has the animation of rubbing it on their exposed skin. Then you get a moodlet that lasts an hour or two that protects you from sun exposure. This could cross-play nicely with vampires, actually....

I would like tricycles for toddlers who can walk and buggies and strollers for babies and infants.Personalized wardrobes where sims are able to buy one item of clothing instead of a whole outfit and then be able to create their outfits based on what's inside their wardrobe, like we had in TS2.New playground equipment for kids and adults alike and new group games like hide and seek or Marco Polo in the pool, etc. More fairground attractions, rides and foodstands, and a ticket machine. We could set up our own fairs and charge admission fees. We could have a job as animal trainer or a mime or a happy or sad clown. As animal trainers, we could train any of the already available animals, including hamsters. Really deep pools (basically we could stack pools on top of another), that could double up as nice ornate aquariums or mermaid homes.Apartment style shell house shaped like a yacht or small boats for our sims to live in.

The ability to have one of your adult sims to be a teacher at the High School Walking Sticks again for EldersMusical groups and even have a lead singer FairiesSpiral Staircases and grande staircases Colour swatches that actually match for all furnitureGames in the pools like water volleyball or water polo or even swimming races for children and teens , bike races

I was thinking about a new destination world that’s accessible by falling asleep watching a B&W TV marathon. It could be like WandaVision. In this world, there’s no cellphone use. The screen would be black and white when you first go there, but over time, things turn colorful like in the movie Pleasantville or the series WandaVision. The pack could have a lot of old objects. I imagine the world would be accessible for us to just play in. I think the behavior of Sims should be more uniform or cult-like in nature when they visit through their sleep. I’m thinking like the horror movie Midsommar, where the people are creepily nice. When the Sims visit it without “dreaming,” the place could come off as a recreation but doesn’t have too much of a uniform behavior for the world. Strangely, you can’t access this world by watching TV and dreaming if you’re already in it. You have to find a different way to get home within the world, like Alice in Wonderland. Maybe setting an alarm clock could be one way to jolt you back to your regular world. I’m just thinking off the top of my head, but I’d definitely enjoy a pack set before the 1960s when there was no color TV.

I would love for vehicles to comeback, preteen and middle-aged sims, burglars, spiral stairs, wearable back packs, in class gameplay for hsy. sick sims have the option to go to the hospital when played. hotels and resorts. take a vacation on a cruise ship, strollers, pacifiers, an actual play pen, baby swings, tricycles, toddler swings, more playground themes like an ordinary playground to a castle playground to a jungle playground. preteens have more mood swings then a teen they stomp they feet slam anything that can slam, they tend to talk back to older ones more than their siblings they pay more attention to appearance then they did as a kid. voice crack, training bra, they still play void critters and hang out at the playground or treehouse or even a bench at the park. I want vacations to act how they did with Sims 2 Bon Voyage it felt like the sims were on vacation not on an adventure like I want my sims to relax by the pool, get room service, have a cabana person. Have an actual honeymoon with the honeymoon suite, have hotel housekeeper. Sims cruises have a restaurant, entertainment shops, go to different islands sims better be on time or you'll get left and its pricy getting back lol.

Idea: Build A Park Kit
This kit would add items so you could build a jungle gym. Items include more monkey bars, slides for children, slides for toddlers, more swings, swings for infants (who reached the sitting milestone if Growing Together is installed) and for toddlers. Maybe add one of those jungle gym small rock climbing walls for kids. A seesaw, maybe a small trampoline, tunnels to crawl through, fun shaped sandpits, a roundabout play (that spinning thing at parks)

I would like an update to the radios so you can also choose to have the radio play audio kid books for child, toddler, or infant Sims. I also wish the radios had a section to play white noise for toddlers and infants, for example it could play heartbeat sounds, rain sound, fan sound, fire crackle sounds, etc. Or if not adding this to the radios, then I'd like a device added to the game that did do this.

More vacation packs with vacation-exclusive worlds like Granite Falls and Selvadorada. I’d love more diverse worlds most of all. Africa, Scandinavia, South Korea, some more cities thrown in there…

Band / singer-focused pack.
Retro and arcade-themed stuff packs.
Maybe even some more storytelling-based game packs like Strangerville just to mix it up a bit.

I miss spiral staircases. But more than anything I want a real medieval game pack. I highly suggest doing this in honor of women during the month we celebrate achievements of women. It should be set in the 1300's as this was the time women had the most freedom during the Middle Ages. BBC Terry Jones' Medieval Lives Documentary: Episode 3 - The Damsel (youtube.com) It would be amazing. And in such a pack, you can add fairies.

What animals would you like to see in Sims 4? Personally, I have a love for elephants and would love to see those in the game. Even if I couldn't own a pet elephant, but like have a way to visit one in a sim world and maybe feed it or spray it with water. Spraying the elephant similar to in the game Zoo Tycoon. I play Zoo Tycoon on my Xbox.
