Sims 4 Careers

You should be able to go into any career from 1st level. I have no ability to go back in the military career to get the level 1 metal I am missing. My sim was in the covert operator branch when I noticed I was missing this metal.

In general a single sim should be able to experience all levels of all careers. My one sim will never be able to experience the mixologist career because she decide to be a chef. I want one Sim to experience everything in life.
