Sims 4 Careers

You should be able to go into any career from 1st level. I have no ability to go back in the military career to get the level 1 medal I am missing. My sim was in the covert operator branch when I noticed I was missing this medal.

Did you check if this has been reported or reported it in the bug forum? When you start at a higher level of a career, the game should give you the rewards from the previous levels.
