Sims 4 NEEDS multi-player and crossplay!

And here's why: my mom and I LOVE Sims❤️ I grew up playing busting out which and an awesome couch co op feature. We went as sims for Halloween last year. We talk about it all the time and even talk on the phone while we both play. WE NEED THIS! of course she plays on playstation and I'm on xbox so we would also need crossplay.. from 2 die hard fans, please bless us!!

I'll be honest the idea of outside people in my game gives me the icks. The last thing I'd ever put money into is a Sims MMO.

Well, what if you could have like an invite only lobby. Or friends only lobby. You could switch if you wanted everyone to be able to visit your worlds or just friends. It would be really fun I think to play w friends. They could add some mini games too maybe!

Truthfully I wouldn't invite a soul. I am a person with a front facing customer centric job and I don't care to deal with other human beings after I get home from work and the couple of classes I do afterward. If I feel like playing an MMO I'll turn on Warcraft. Every time I do though I am reminded about how people on MMOs behave and frankly the idea of having to read or hear political garbage and conspiracy theories when I'm trying just play my game makes me physically ill. As for family and friends even if my sister or any friends played this game I wouldn't want her it my game and nor do I think she'd want me in hers. I play for my own pleasure not to be a source of entertainment for anyone else so I simply wouldn't add to anyone experience.

I have purchased every Sims product since Sims 1 except for Modern Menswear Kit (The clothing was hideous). I wouldn't put a dime in any online Social Sims thing.   If you're interested in that by all means champion your cause. Be careful what you wish for you just might get it.

  • I will be honest and say this isn't something I feel we need added. I have played the franchise sim the first PC iteration game, and I view the franchise as a single-player only game. I skipped the Sims Online. I also never played the console versions, since they were too limiting. Although my children play the game, we see no need to play it together. We each have our own separate save files for our own play styles. I don't know anyone outside my household personally that plays the game either, so I it would be a pointless addition.
