Spring Sale Discounts on EA Store but none for Steam?

EA is having a massive Spring Sale on Steam with prices up to 90% off. They even list The Sims as one of their primary franchises, but when you click it, there's nothing on sale. Even on the EA store there are discounts for the Sims 4 DLCs, so why not Steam?

This seems like a massive oversight from the marketing team and missing out on a lot of potential sales. I, for one, was going to buy the horse ranch and vampire DLCs as soon as they went on another sale, so I waited for this Steam Spring Sale, but nothing? What gives? I understand I can buy them on the EA store for the discounts there, but I like having all of my things on Steam and don't like the EA interface and system for a number of reasons. I guess I have to wait for the summer sale on Steam most likely since I don't want to bite the bullet and buy from the EA store. Needless to say, I'm disappointed!
