Suggestion: Be able to use For rent & Businesses and Hobbies pack on same lot!

I was doing some gameplay and had an idea that I could have an apartment with a business on it too. It seems you can only choose one or the other and I personally think it would be a good idea to add in that you can have both running at the same time with it working!
