What I mean is.. sims being able to break bones, this includes children too.. I think it’d be cool to have wheelchairs , casts, hospital stays, terminal illnesses, diseases etc etc. if you’re a nurse...

I don't know if we'll ever get this, maybe new cosmetics but it'd be cool. In university sports your sim can come home with bandages, it'd be kind of fun to use the hospital with cross pack stuff like that.
I usually bulldoze the hospital and make a smaller doctors office, having a private practice would also be fun but I don't think we'd actually get it.
