We need burglars!

Do you mean something like the kleptomaniac lifestyle trait that was added in patch 30? It enables sims to steal objects from community lots and other sims houses. 👀

I meant burglars as they existed in previous Sims games – thieves who would sneak into your sims' houses and steal objects. The Sims 4 really lacks challenges such as this one that you can't control, and that set you back a little

OH! Okay! That makes more sense.

Toooo bad sims 4 is not like the older games.🤒

I would also like to see burglars return.  Perhaps burglars can be linked to a new “lot challenge” in TS4, so that players who do not want burglars can avoid them.

We do need Burglars like I said in other Sims website we need Sims to get robbed  while Sims are on property like the previous games but also off property like when a sim leave make sure they lock the door and have a Burglars alarm because your sim can get a notification about your house is being robbed like a ring camera or something and you will have to notify police and rush theirs a chance to catch the robber in the act or sorry but you were robbed.  Also GTW should have the police getting involved with the robbery and looking for the suspects making it more believable than what we're doing now.

I'm sure they always have. The problem is how times change and what will make the people outraged and what won't. They thought using "insane" for a trait name was safe, but got backlash on that so it was changed to "erratic". There is so much "awareness" and "sensitivity" these days that almost everything needs some sort of a warning or just be avoided completely. People can get so spooked over possibly triggering someone, insulting someone or the like that you have to either walk on eggshells or accidently unleash the angry mob that is suddenly silenced by "the highest authority" among them to tell everyone to take a deep breath and act like nothing happened while also shutting the entire topic down. 
Well, finally after all this time they were given enough feedback and demand to the point they say, "Hey, maybe it is safe for us to bring this back and not be lit on fire or walled off inside a pool for it."
