I think the game should have it were they have health problems!! yess on EA!!!! and they should have a pregnancy pack were they can have miscarriage or early pregnancy you know to make the game more realistic and interesting!!! They should have a teen pack because we need more sneak outs and also make it wear teens can get pregnant😱😱,and we need more emotions on here like anxiety, depression **bleep** like like that idkk Sims could do better on a lot
Some of those ideas would probably violate the T for Teen rating, so they're unlikely to be implemented.
If you're playing on PC, there are lots of mods that add more realistic pregnancy and relationship aspects. I haven't used it, but I recommend checking Lumpinou's RPO, as Lumpinou is a talented and reliable modder. There are quite a few around for mental health as well.

I agree. We need more selection with build and buy colors and textures...for me and all the DLC that I own...I still choose cc over most of the build and buy designs...I just don't like the colors and textures that I'm forced to use when building. I really miss the color wheel and pattern selection that I have with Sims 3. It's a shame. We need a color wheel pack or EP
Color wheel makes everything better. Bring it back with a new pack. I miss recoloring in the game
we need medieval ep with dragons, monarchy/bridgerton style ep, infant stuff pack(pacifier,stroller etc.) and pregnancy pack(pregnancy cravings, miscarriage, custody, ultrasound scan etc.)
