I told you this before your style of play is different then mine I play with aging off so it won't work with my play style. I wanted a Preteen Lifestage ever since Sims 2 because I always recognize it has its own life stage like I always reference the Brady Bunch they add the kids Cindy and Bobby and Teens Greg and Marsha but Peter and Jan is missing. You can imagine but I'm not going to since it can be represented and included in the game.
We have suggested new packs in this forum and the old forum that they've closed if you don't like what's suggested that's on you but others simmers clearly like the suggestions since a Preteen thread keeps popping up by new simmers it's a content that's keeps getting asked for.
I haven't seen any unique gameplay suggestions that would really make it in a new pack. Most of the suggestions can be done via gameplay already, if you create your own restrictions. It seems the dev team haven't found enough significant unique gameplay features suggested for there to be a pack dedicated for a lifestage between child and teen. They also took almost a whole decade to create and animate a new smaller frame. The money may not be there to make what you want to happen.
