A bugging screen

After the latest 2 updates I'm getting some different problems.

First I couldn't load into my household, then I deleted the script mods that I had and after that I could load back into my households.

But when I load into them my screen is very buggy, like I have an insane amount of lag. I have taken my remaining cc out of the game but it was still hapening. Turns out, I can now only play on a small screen and not on my whole screen.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Hi Ambie063​ 

     

    Try the following

    • Close the game
    • Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
    • Repair the game
    • Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry.
    • start a new save game
    • Check if you still have the error
    • Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
