Custom heights would mean that all clothes would need to be created at a wide variety of sizes. Such a task would be prohibitly expensive to do so I'm afraid that this will never happen. There is a reason why teens are the same height as adults in the game.
Oh, really? I assumed it would just work in the same way as changing the body's shape. Some sort of automatic/built in adjustment
If you're willing to use mods, Luumia has a height slider. I hear some animations clip oddly, however. (I haven't tried it myself.)
