Did you create the new family on the same save game or start a new one ?
Sorry! It's my first time in the forums.
I'm playing on PC, Windows.
I have mods installed, but they never interfered with achievements.
I have it via Steam as well as EA.
I have several expansion packs.
I created a new family, lost my achievements, and tried getting them back by loading into my first family, and they were still gone..
