Adult Sim suddenly wearing Toddler Sim's outfit

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
• Can you replicate the issue if you try again with a different Sim ?

I'm on a Windows laptop, I was using a money CC, I turned it off, it stayed. If I zoom out in certain directions, it goes away, but whenever I get close it happens again. I restarted the app, and it went back to normal.
