Adventure awaits issues on planning a kids camp

This is making the game so unplayable. I have tried after the supposed bug fix and it either completely gets rid of the option to go any further with completing the planning of the kids camp by removing the buttons to confirm . Then nothing works and it starts going blank or I just loose the curser.
So I tried to play the camp without customising the outfits and it spins a strange loading blue screen and then kicks my kid back to there own house after completing the plan of going to camp: but they only get to stand outside the camp for like less than 3 seconds before it kicks them back: ergo planning a camp just messes up the game which is supposed to be a main part of the NEW expansion. I can’t believe how bad this bug is it just ruins the whole experience.

I’ve never had issues on sims 4 before so I know I’ve been lucky but this is crazy bad. I’m not getting the game play I’ve paid for! Anyone else having this issue?

xbox series X and loads of packs installed.
