Aging Bug, it always pushes back day after day

Hello,

I've been encountering a pretty annoying bug. I've removed all my mods and CC, and it still occurs.

Basically, my sims don't age. The progress bar resets every day. For example, if it's "16 days remaining", it will also be 16 days the day after, and the next after that, etc. The calendar also changes. If the birthday happens on monday, well, if midnight comes, the birthday will be pushed back to Tuesday, and so on. The Sims never age at all. I tried aging the Sim up with the cake, it doesn't work. I do get the moodlet, but no aging occurs. I then added back MCCC to cheat the birthday, and once I did that, the birthday date didn't appear on the calendar anymore. And the aging bug didn't solve itself either.

Originally I thought my problem was me trying to set up a rotational playstyle by going in the settings and putting the aging option to "household only", but putting it back to all population doesn't change anything. I also decided to play with aging off for all outsiders, but it still doesn't do anything when changed back.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Is this a known bug ? And, if so, what can be done to solve it?

EDIT : The bug didn't seem to appear on a new save, so that's always something, but there's no telling if it's gonna happen in said new save eventually or not.

EDIT 2 : I also noticed my game was much laggier than my new save. I'm wondering if something went wrong in the code, or something. My new save works fine, and is not laggy at all.
