All events/party change to spooky party

Every time I plan an event in the calendar, the party or event changes to spooky party. I am trying to plan a wedding and the event changes to spooky party, not only in the calendar but a spooky party happens instead of the event I am planning.

Also the goals on events have disappeared as well, meaning I cannot earn higher than a bronze on any event.
