All my custom sims & builds = gone

so recently after an update my ea id unlinked from my game and i couldnt access the gallery and all of my saved families and lots in my library were gone except for the ones by ea.

i went and linked my ea id back to my account so it gave me the gallery back but alllll of my custom families and builds are gone. anyone have something similar happen or think they can help?

i play on ps4.
