all my sims in my world got deleted

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Almost all expansions, some game packs and stuff packs but has nothing to do with bug
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea
What happens when the bug occurs? My sims got deleted so no idea
What do you expect to see? To see my sims. I get on the game and load in a world and all of my sims got deleted. I worked hard to make my sims and I load into my game and they were just deleted. I have save versions of the game where they were there. Is there a way to get them back?

I would like my sims back. I worked hard for them so going into the game and seeing that they are all disappeared is upsetting, I have played sims for years and I wouldappreciate them being on my computer, its the same computer I have used not a new device but all of my sims got deleted anyways.
