Animal aging off not working!!!

I have animal aging off and the grim reaper is still taking the animals. I already sent this as an issue and was referred to a link with the same issue, although that thread is 1-2 years old and does not seem to have been resolved. I am unable to comment or reply on that thread as comments have been turned off......

This is happening to me currently and need help on how to fix it...
