@SoyokoAnis Windows is fully updated as are the drivers. Along with checking drivers for my router through my internet company as well. As of right now I have fully uninstalled again and am going to test with just the base game to see if the gallery will come up. The next try is going to be using an old computer I have to rule out if it's this computer set up(Which is more than capable of running the sims) or not.
I’ve been having the same problem for almost two months. I try to connect to the Gallery and the error message says “There’s no internet connection available. Please make sure you have a strong internet connection to access Online content.” I’ve tried using WiFi and a personal hotspot, so I know I am connected to an internet source.
I’ve tried everything, ie running as administrator, clearing cashes, running without mods/cc, repairing, heck- I even completely uninstalled and reinstalled the entire game. I’m frustrated and just want to be able to access the gallery again.
