I have tried all of the trouble shooting options with the exception of opening my ports. My gallery has always work up until a few months ago. The only way that I could repair it previously was to completely uninstall and reinstall the game AND origin and I am not really interesting in doing that again since I own all of the additional content that has been release for the sims plus any other games I own on origin. I recently purchased the new stuff packs and it broke my gallery again. I would honestly just like to see a fix without having to delete and reinstall everything AGAIN. Not to mention there is no other way to contact EA listed on the sight, no email, no phone numbers. Just this forum and it would be really nice to be able to email someone and have them help since the things listed on the forum did not help me. I understand busy times, I would rather be able to email someone wait 24hours for a reply than ONLY have a forum option.
What country are you in ? Some countries don't have live support on the weekend but you can always just switch to US and get live chat support from there.
