@CGrant56, I don't think so, because according to Carl's Sims 4 Guide, the Deathify spell is supposed to be used on a Ghost. The Sim wouldn't disappear, but their ghost should change into a normal Sim. https://www.carls-sims-4-guide.com/gamepacks/realmofmagic/spells-list.php And it was designed to also be used with the Necrocall Spell which is the one that is supposed to be used on the tomb/urn.
That is very interesting about their urns/tombs! 🤨
I assume you are referring to this Bug Report: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/NEEDS-INPUT-ROM-Necrocall-and-Dedeathify-not-working-properly/td-p/8201811
You can click the "Me Too" button an the bottom of the first post and then add your experience to the end of the thread 😇 . If Crinrict decides that your post is a different matter, she will tell you to make your own Bug Report. (Crinrict is the Hero that organizes and oversees the Bug Reports ❤️ .) You can also add any pictures if that would help you describe what is occurring in your game. 🙂

@PugLove888 Thank you for very much for replying but maybe I didn't explain enough. I have used dedeathify on 3 different ghosts whose urns were on two of my lots. And it worked. All three are now back in the game as live sims. When they came back to life, their urns did not disappear. At the time I expected them to disappear like when you destroy an urn and was surprised when they didn't.
The thread you referenced is the thread I was referencing and have already posted a more in-depth description of my problem when I was leaving my comments about the main issue of the thread. The thread itself a few months old and is more about necrocall and the time it takes for a necrocalled ghost to actually appear. There were some comments about that spell's connection with dedeathify. But there were a couple of posts that included comments about the urns including a question asking if someone's urn disappeared. That led me to believe that the urns are supposed to disappear when the sim comes back to life but no one made a definitive statement one way or the other and the question asked has never been answered. That was a few weeks ago and no one has commented in the thread since. Mine is the last post in that thread.
In a nutshell, I haven't been able to find any reference to what happens to the urn when dedeathify is used anywhere. I've tried a number of sites as well as searching here and the main forum and can't find anything. I don't know if the urns are supposed to disappear or not so I can rule out that as the cause of my problem with Grimm. It they are supposed to disappear, then I certainly have a bug and will enter a more complete bug report than was in my comments on the thread but it they aren't supposed to disappear and the urns are supposed to stay that would explain why I have seen no one else posting about it. If so, then it's something else and I have to find it and fix it since the only way sims will die in my game now is by drowning while swimming in Sulani or Brichester. I really don't want to abandon my save but I may have to if I can't find the cause and fix it.
Right now, I just don't know so I'm asking here if anybody knows what happens to the urn when a ghost is resurrected. Does it stay or disappear?
