Aspirations quick-view panel popup every time I sell something in inventory

On pc no mods any time I sell something in inventory or make money from tips the quick view aspirations panel opens as though I'm hovering over it but I'm not.

    Do you have Life & Death, this happens to me as well when my Sim has a Bucket List and your Sim does something on that Bucket List.

    Having this problem as well. Mods disabled and uninstalled, started with most recent update.
