Try clicking that match hair check mark on the body hair.
it works but i don't remember this happening before. what i remember is the boxes are already checked. and for the hair color, we have to change it manually by unchecking the boxes not the boxes that are already unchecked.
Is it unchecked by default for you if you start a new save with no mods/cc ?
I can't check my game atm.
both new and old save, npcs and create new sim. but i am so certain that this issue never happened to me quite long before this. at least the colors can't be this different, whether the boxes are checked or not the default always or should always be with the same original color of hair and eyebrows. i don't think all of these that happened are normal.
Checked a new save and for me it's checked by default but if I choose another body hair color it unchecks.

I found the cause. It is because of the saves folder. Even though the save I am currently playing is new, the problem still occurs. My old, long-term save was already corrupted with Error Codes 800 and 801. Now, even if I start a new game, the error happens anyway. It only runs normally if I play with a completely new, empty The Sims 4 folder. I feel hopeless. There is no guarantee that if I start over from the beginning, these annoying bugs won’t happen again.
