Blank options and 3 dot options at the wedding arch during a wedding

Okay so, I was going to get 2 of my sims who were engaged married and so I planned a wedding. The problems began when my sims travelled to the wedding location (I have my wedding stories by the way) ...

I'd like to add that this is ONLY happening to the wedding arch specifically DURING a wedding, no other interaction is acting up like this, the only other problem I had was the inventory wipe, but that didn't happen again
