Blast from the Past: Unable to claim reward/Gnome fix failure message

I have completed the second week of the blast from the past rewards event and I can’t claim my rewards because it says that the gnomes are working on it and I play on console I’ve even tried restarting my console and I’m still getting this pop up saying try again later because the gnomes are working on the problem

    Did you try a power cycle on console (think that's what a reset is called)
