The trim on the apartment shell is too big for the apartment lot. Using the TOOL mod you can experiment and try to move the shell but it doesn't matter how small a move you make, the trim will always show through some exterior walls on one side. The whole shell would need to be changed to fix this (the shell is the apartment building but not including the buildable apartments and communal area).
If you're up for experimenting with the TOOL mod you can mitigate the issue slightly. The decimals you need for the X and Y axis are around -0.18, -0.18 🙂
