okay so ive been having this problem for the past 2 weeks, everytime im playing and have my sims take a photo, once exiting the camera, the bottom bar with my sims and stuff, disappears. the game still runs, but i cant choose any interactions or do anything. if i exit to manage worlds, the screen goes black, so ive just been restarting my game every time it happens. my second issue is everytime i enter build mode while playing on the lot, the catalog with all the furniture doesnt show up. it then doesnt allow me to go back to live mode. this isnt a huge problem for me, its just getting really annoying having to restart everytime it happens, so any help welcome!!

@piperannek did you find out what was causing this? after the recent update mine is doing the same!!

@joannel87 hey! Mine is doing the exact same right now, no corrupted mods or anything (as far as I’m aware at least?) Interesting that we’re both having this issue after the new update. It always happens when I load in new lots - did you find a solution?

Whenever I get out of build mode, my game has a glitch where the screen stays paused and I cannot see any of the controls. My only option is to exit the game and re-enter. It has been happening since the latest update. How can I fix this issue?

Icons, such as phone, calendar, businesses, simology, etc., disappear after loading into something new. For example, after going from camera to live mode, from build mode to live mode and from manage worlds to live mode.

Mine is doing the same thing. I tried running a repair but it didnt help any.

Every since the new Upgrade, when I go into build mode or if I try to go traveling, my activity bar disappears. The activity bar with all of the members of the household completely disappears and I can’t play anybody. I have to save my game at a certain point and restart. Please help, as you can see in the attached picture there is no activity bar at the bottom it disappears.

Every single time I travel somewhere the whole ui basically disappears! I can’t even click on things because it won’t show up with anything. It’s so annoying I can’t even go to the main menu or anything! I sent my sim home from school and this happened

the UI in live mode disappears when I exit build mode
also, the reapers rewards are glitched and un-accessible. not only are they glitched but this 'bug' started when i first got the reapers rewards pop up
