BROKEN FEATURES NO PREGNANCY TEST STUCK AT HOSPITAL AFTER BIRTH

I don't have the pregnancy test option after an update also I go to the hospital for the birth and the sims won't return home they are now stuck and it all started after the latest game update. I did...
