broken lot in Newcrest??

So I have a problem with Newcrest. There 40x30 lot in Newcrest that seems to be broken. For some reason when I place a house down from my library and go back to manage worlds the game continues to load non stop. I have no idea what is causing this. I tried with multiple saves even creating a fresh save and removed all of my mods to play vanilla and still running into this problem. I repaired the game, refreshed my game folder and the problem still remains. I don't have the for rent pack either so I'm honestly wondering what could be causing this. I would really like some help identifying the problem and fixing it.

Could you give me a few examples of builds you have issues with that are in the gallery ?

The problem that I'm having most specifically is lots. Not necessarily any builds. As I said it doesn't matter what build I use whether from my personal library or gallery the problem is lots. There are some faulty builds but I typically stay away from them and simmers let each other know in the comments if that build will crash the game or cause lag. I could use base game builds with minimum clutter and still have this problem. I even bulldozed a build and left the lot empty and it still continued to load when I tried to return to manage worlds. I'm sure the problem isn't builds it's the lots.

I have this issue too. Although it’s on asphalt abode.
2 of my save files won’t even load the newcrest screen & I started a brand new save which allowed me to build on the lot but now I can no longer access it— I get an endless loading screen.
I’m on PC and have no mods or cc
