Broken Moodlet

So my sim got the workaholic lifestyle and during the weekend he got at tense moodlet from missing work. Then he went to work and when he got home, the moodlet was still there and it has no timer so it just stays there forever. I tried removing it using UI cheats, but for some reason UI cheats is not working at all in my game right now. So I removed the mod, now the game was completely mod free and used the sims.remove_all_buffs with testingcheats on, but that does not work either. I bought the moodlet solver potion, but instead of removing the moodlets, it filled his needs. I reset him and tried again, and it still did not work. I tried on another member of the same household and it was the same. 
How do I remove the broken moodlet, so I can play again?
