Bugged game
I've noticed some bugs in my game that has been going on for a while now with each new update. They are: animals like cows, horses, cats, dogs, chickens and foxes aging while I have animal aging off....

The issue with the Thriftea vendor is solved for new lots:
[HSY] No vendor for thrift tea counter appears | EA Forums - 5044120
But for already-affected lots, you'll need to change the lot type to something else and back.
For the children not playing with toys, please make sure they have enough space for the interactions and their needs are high enough that they're not being pushed to do something else.
