With the first issue, try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
I tried what you told me to, but the problem remained. my sims still felt overheated and I had to use mccc to remove his overheating buff.
Another super weird thing — my Sims can’t shower next to each other. And by “next to each other,” I mean in neighboring rooms.
For example, if one Sim is taking a shower in the bathroom and another Sim is standing just outside (like right next to the bathroom wall), the Sim in the shower suddenly gets embarrassed, as if they’re being watched. But that doesn’t make sense because the other Sim is outside the bathroom!
It’s like they can somehow “see” through the walls or something.
