Build buy mode freezes/becomes unresponsive sporadically.

I get it; mods will affect your gameplay but it doesn’t explain why it does this sporadically. I’ve tested this with various methods, including,

• Closing BB in a category that has the least amount of items so the load up time is shorter. (ie closing BB while in appliances vs decorations)
• Opening BB while underground.
• Building directly from world screen.

But to no avail. Sometimes it speed loads in and other times it takes about a minute and will become unresponsive if you click anywhere on the screen. It will eventually respond, but what gives? 

The only trend that is consistent is if it’s a lot with festivals.

Anyone else?
