Where are my builders at??? Hi! Please help me with this issue I've had for days now.
For some reason the second floor of my remodel is disabled? "Go Here" doesn't appear when I click on it. I've tried deleting the stairs, using ladders, rebuilding the walls/floors/ceilings. Nothing is working and I don't understand. I even tried moving the stairs to a completely different location.

Heyah, I am no expert but there is a strange black gap between first and second floor, did you notice ?;p
So I don't have all the packs you do, but when I placed this lot in my game I had the exact same problem. Can't "go here" on the second floor, and when telling my sim to use any objects upstairs I got a route fail.
I have no idea what caused this.
HOWEVER - I have found a fix. Somehow, the second story is bugged. In an open corner of the lot, draw a single unconnected room and add stairs up to its roof. If you test these stairs in game so far, you'll notice you get the same error. Now click on the room and reduce its wall height to medium (this is why it must be completely unconnected from your main build; don't want to lose anything you already designed inside).
Go back to live mode. Not only should your sim be able to get on top of the test box, they should now be able to access the second floor of your club, as if something has been reset for the whole lot's second story.
