Can’t delete occult or cause of death in CAS
There are no options to remove occult or cause of death in create a sim. Clicking on them once locks you into having an occult ghost. You can still change both, but not go back to a normal, alive sim.

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing ?
- Did you try hovering over the occult/death you choose and click on the X ?
I’m playing on PC with no mods
The X no longer appears when hovering over them
Is this when you take a Sim back to CAS or when you first create one ? If you take them back to CAS you'll need the fulleditmode cheat.
