Can’t open or save lots in gallery

Hello,

I’ve tried searching but can’t find anyone with the same issue. Since the latest update my gallery has not been working. I can’t open lots in the gallery, you know when you open them up to then choose to place in world. I click on them but nothing happens, it’s the same thing with lots with cc and lots without.  Since it was one of my own created lots I opened up the save with the lot in and tried to save it again, I kept clicking on the save to gallery icon but nothing happened. 

I’ve tried: restarting the game, restarting the computer (cause why not?), repaired the game, removed the cache folder, removed all cc. The only thing I have tried yet is reinstalling but last time I did that my old save folder didn’t work so i would rather not..
